I just love to bring more PRAISE reports!! Rocio had another wonderful, peaceful night. She's in great spirits this morning in fact when I spoke with her this morning one of the ladies was giving her a foot massage and Rocio said she was in Heaven!
Once again, We are encouraging everyone to PRAY,PRAY, PRAY for a bone marrow donor match. I was just informed this morning that Don Juan Avila Elementary School is hosting a drive today. If you haven't done so yet please, please register. You could be the one to have the match that Rocio (or someone else with this dreadful disease) so, desperately needs to save their life!
We are forever greatful for the continued support through prayers, visits, cards, letters, phone calls, it has made all the difference in the world!

	Rocio got the last dose of chemo yesterday - 4 shots of Esperegenaise(?) in her cute little behind - I held her hand and prayed for her while she got them, she didn't seem in too much pain. What a tough girl! Dr. Wagner and her nurses all say she's doing well, and I think she's actually gained a pound or two - thanks to all the volunteers who have brought food to her! She's not stuck eating hospital food, and she has a good appetite as well. Her mom and a few other women have spent the night with her, so she's had someone with her every night, which helps alot! She's got nice flannel sheets, soft homemade blankets and pillows, and new robe and her own jammies - no 50 thread count sheets and drafty hospital gown for our princess! She's strong and in great spirits, but that's nothing new for her! Now, for some truly amazing news... Our church, Jubilee South Coast,(www.jubileesouthcoast.org) and Pastor Steve Hage, (www.stevehageministries.org) have set in motion some wonderful things - let me share with you. Telemundo, the BIG hispanic TV station on the West Coast, is interested in profiling Rocio's struggle and need for a Bone Marrow Donor. In addition to that, I am meeting later today with a journalist who writes a column for a hispanic newpaper out here. He told his editor about our plight, and they want to do a story as well - and there's a local church (hispanic congregation) that is in contact with the City of Hope, they too want to put on a Bone Marrow Drive for Rocio - isn't that awesome! I can't say enough good things about our church, they have provided so much love and support...I'm practically speechless. Pastor Hage set the ball in motion with Telemundo, and the love him and his wife Daniele have for their congregation is evident in the love and support we've received, and has enriched our lives tremendously. If you don't have a home church, we strongly urge you to check out ours - it's amazing. Even if you have a home church, just check ours out. This coming from someone who didn't go to church for over 30 years, so what does that tell you? Plus, the Worship Band is awesome -they rock! Ok, so I'm patting myself on the back, what?? There are a few other people I must give thanks to, starting with Rocio's mom, Irma. She has come down every single time Rocio has been in hospital and usually stays with her, making sure the nurses are doing their job, or helps me take care of Klaire. Irma, we've been so blessed - thank you. My Mom, Nora, for all her love and support throughtout these difficult times - thanks ma. You're the best. To all our other friends and family who have been there for us throughout this journey, kept us in their prayers, picked us up when we fell, we are so blessed to have you in our lives. We couldn't even begin to imagine what this would have been like without your presence. Thank you and God Bless. Well, that's all for now - pray for strength and healing for Rocio, I'll send another update in the next few days. Paul My brother Mike will attest to the good things going on at Jubilee South Coast, and Pastor Steve Hage - and Mikey only went once! I send him the cd's from the services (ok, I haven't yet, but he does ask for them! Sorry, I've got a lot on my plate!)
