<Macleod mutters "Crap!" he reaches down and grabs a couple of smoke grenades and lobs them between
the group & the enemy. "Stewart can you get to Kartz?" after throwing the grenades he drops the
bipod on his L86 and begins to lay some suppressive fire towards the enemy.
The smoke billows from the smoke grenades, allowing Stewart to reach Kartz. Stewart reaches Kartz and applies a
tourniquet, knowing full well that Kartz's chances of survival are very low.
The last thing Kartz remembers is Stewart repeating "you're gonna be okay, you're gonna be okay" before
he passes out.
Kartz comes to a few moments later, though unable to do anything due to the intense pain.>
Ingle moves into a better position, speaking silently to himself, Ingle sings to himself an old song by Laura Branigan,
"Moonlight on Water." "I'm a good shot, I'm a good shot..." Aim, bang! "Revenge, revenge."
Aim, bang! "...for I am the meanest mother in the valley." Aim, bang!...Ingle takes aim at another
target and fires, but sees no effects. "DAMN" he mutters and fires again, this time his target rises
slightly, then crumples. Just as he is about to squeeze another round, the area erupts in a burst of lights, shutting
down his starlight scope. The report of the explosions is barely audible above the small arms fire.
Out of the corner of his eye, Ingle catches some movement, and realizes that it's a small vehicle, possibly a UAZ.
He also spots another vehicle, this one tracked, coming out of the town towards the group.
"Realising his group is pinned he radio's "Devil 6, we are pinned down, 2 men wounded, I need some
support from the MK-19's fire on these coordinates......(Macleod gives the area that the majority of fire is coming
from as the coordinates NOTE: Don't have a military map of the area, so bear with me) Make it fast Devil 6."
"This is Devil 6, Roger!" CPT Lee calls the grid to CPT Wolfe, who pulls out his map, makes a few quick
calculations, and about a minute later shouts "1 burst ON THE WAY!"
CPT Lee keys the mike and says "SHOT OVER!" CPT Macleod replies "SHOT OUT!"
The rounds impact about 100 meters south of the group. "Devil 6, this is Otter 6, Correction RIGHT 30, DROP
100, over"
Lee responds "RIGHT 30,Drop 100 out." Lee calls the correction, to which Wolfe responds "ROGER,
RIGHT 30, DROP 100." Wolfe makes another quick calculation, then fires again. This time the rounds land about
50 meters southwest of the target. Macleod calls another correction, adding "GET STEEL ON TARGET ASAP!!!"
Wolfe makes his corrections, whispers "comeon baby, hit the jackpot!" as he fires off yet another burst.
Macleod watches as yet another series of explosions rock the area, this time, there are screams!
Macleod comes over the radio "STEEL ON TARGET!!! REPEAT REPEAT!!!" Lee responds "ROGER!!!!"
Wolfe nods, and says "ROGER, FIRE FOR EFFECT" as he unleashes a series of rounds at the target.

<Smith hangs a hard right, heading down a street he hopes will get him out of town. Out of the corner of his
eye, he catches a truck approaching from the sidestreet. Smith floors it, trying to get every last ounce out of
the UAZ. Smith blows past the truck as Star sprays it, and it careens into the building.
Smith and Star clear the edge of town heading for the forest...>
Smith says over the UAZ's engine roar,"Where the hell are we headed? You spot any still behind us? What'd
we get away with? I didn't hear the compound blow, so I don't think it all went as planned. Important part is though,
our asses are still alive."
As the rush of barely escaping death fades, you hear the sound of a heavy machinegun firing short bursts somewhere
off to your left (northwest).
