Audience Profile
� Middle and senior managers across the organization.
� In need of boosting management skills to deal with fast paced changes.
� Largely promoted from within the business.
� Of various backgrounds: technical, sales, marketing, production, etc.
� With some, little or none management training up-to-date.
� With acquired and demonstrated management competencies, but perhaps used with low effectiveness.

Learning Methodologies
� Workshops � group work (groups in different, pre-selected configurations)
� Lectures (max 1 hour at a time, always as a prelude to interactive part, never in separation)
� Simulation Games (max 2.5 days � �Decision Base�, typically 1-4 hours at a time)
� Team Building Exercises (especially important in session 1)
� External Cases (very careful selection and applied in moderation, often leading to internal �
real life cases from participants)
� Internal Cases (Problem Solving Sessions in group work)
� Video recording (Presentation Skills)
Summary: Very interactive, drawing on knowledge and experience from participants, built
around the backbone and specially prepared cases from the instructors. Every Session in
itself is a combination of the above methodologies.

Duration
5 sessions spread through 8-9 months. The intensive 5-day 8-10 hour sessions every month or
month and a half. Preferably with a diverse group at a location outside of their traditional environment.
The time between the sessions to be used for applying the acquired skills and competencies and, thus,
being able to provide the feedback during the following sessions.
