Oct. 10, 2003 Police report
This cartoon was published on Oct. 3, 2003 on Friday the beginning of home coming weekend at UTM. The cartoon features the floats that are constructed by different organizations mostly greek affiliation, and then go into a homecoming parade. After the parade their is usually some indecision about what to do with these large floats taking up space. However, as the cartoon indicates each year the decision is pretty much the same.

The Phi Sig homecoming float was on fire. The fraternity president was issued a citation for burning without a permit. Martin City Court.
