Dr Robinson Borba is a consultant in economic development of towns and cities, who applies strategic planning to stimulate local economy and enhance the appeal for external investment for these localities. He has a master degree (Dissertation:"A Model for the Evaluation of the Environmental Impact on the Prices of the Real Estate") granted by Escola Polit�cnica da USP (University of S�o Paulo) in October 1992 and doctorate degree (Thesis: "Cognitive City - A Proposal for Local Development in Knowledge Era") granted by Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da USP in August 2000. Nowadays he is Director of Borba & Roguski - Projetos, Gerenciamento, Consultoria SC Ltda and researcher in Universidade Tuiuti do Parana and Universidade Federal do Parana. His research focus is in Creative Industries and Cultural Development as an instrument for the sustainable development on Brazilian communities.
