In the early 1980's Bill Medford ran a 30 ft dive boat nicknamed "the Congo Clipper"
out of Indian River Inlet, Delaware. Among the many wrecks that Bill and his dive crew
visited during those years, a wreck known as "Subwreck" was one of Bill's key interests.
