2/12/05 -- We're Baaaack!! For those who don't know, I've been busy moving back to CA and starting a new job. I am now a case supervisor for a private autism agency. I love being back in the private sector. Even more, I love being an hour away from Robert :-) We get to spend so much more time together. It finally feels like we're a real couple...laundry, cooking, dishes, and all. We are looking forward to getting our first place together this summer. We can't wait for him to graduate this December. |

2/15/05 -- Our first Valentine's Day as an official couple :-) We met last Valentine's. I cooked dinner (salad, shrimp cocktail, and penne vodka with herbed chicken) and Robert made his famous "bowl cake." It's his version of his mom's cake that always slips and slides and ends up upside-down in a bowl. It may not be as pretty as his mom's, but it sure is yummy. 2/22/05 -- It's been a very wet weekend. We found out Thursday night that the St. Artemas trailer broke = no camping in AZ this past weekend for Estrella War. No loss. Robert bought us passes to Disneyland and we spent Friday through Monday going to Disney in the rain. We even got to see 74 of the 75 Mickey's that are part of the "InspEARations" tour. #75 was at the shop for repairs. I'll post pictures soon. It was wonderful weekend. Yesterday was one year from our official first date. Again we stood in an amusement park in the rain, headed home early, had dinner, and watched "50 First Dates." |
