This is the infamous Silo! A fantastic pub, great atmosphere, and Monday nights are $1 drafts and 20c chicken wings!! An added bonus is that it was only a 5min walk from our house. In fact the bottom right-hand corner of this photo shows the spot where we stood every morning waiting for the Moover to come take us to the Mountain. (The rest of the photos on this page were all taken at the Silo).
Me and my Brazilian friends!! Camilla, Letitia, Priscilla and Joanna. I never really worked with Camilla, Letitia or Priscilla (I met them through Joanna, Luisa and Roberta) so I didn't get to know them well but they were all really friendly and I think I would've got to know them better if I'd been there longer. I certainly had a great night with them at the Silo!

Roberta and I! Roberta is my snowboarding buddy - she and I went to our first snowboarding lesson together and she was the one who helped me get my snowboarding boots, etc. off after I'd broken my wrist and couldn't use my hands!!
