No one had to leave in the first episode, but Cathrine and
Truls were taken away from the group...
Day 3 - Courtenay
They drive to Dove Creek, where they have to find Truls
and Anette. They get a self-drawn map and a lot of stuff to camp with,
which they have to carry along, including a big chest. They get 2 hours to do so
and can win 20,000 NOK.
Kathrine and Truls are at a ranch.
They start off. After a while they decide to send Ingrid K
and Tone ahead, because they're not carrying much. It's really hot and
the 2 girls are running. Ingrid K falls and her knees are bleeding. She
cleans the woudns with the drinking water they got.
The chest is very heavy and they carry it with 4 guys.
Meanwhile, Cathrine and Truls are told that they can help the others find them. Cathrine gets up in a helicopter, trying to make contact with the others.Tone and Ingrid K have the walki-talki, but they don't hear her. Truls sets off to find the others on a quad.
Ingrid C is in the bigger group. She starts to cry and
doesn't feel well because of the heat. Solveig has a bandage on her knee.
Apparently she hurt it.
Ingrid K tries ot contact Cathrine or Truls but they get no
response. Cathrine flies over the two girls and they suddenly can get in
contact with each other. She tells them where to go to.
Meanwhile, Truls can't find anyone on his quad.
Ingrid C is feeling worse and worse and decides to lie down in the grass for a while. The others are hot and exhausted too, of carrying all the stuff.
The helicopter lands back at the ranch again and time is up. No one reached the ranch in time. Even Truls got lost on his quad. Luckily they have a lot of refreshment and drinks in the chest, which they can use now.
They go to a group of people who are having a barbecue. Trond
tries to ask something to them in English:"We had a very hard day today
and through the Canadian woods. And we was caring heavy the bags and everything.
And we thought that we would arrive at this place and had to build our
telts..." Tone:"Tents!" Trond:"Tents!
And when we come from..." Everyone laughs. Cathrine:"When
we came here." Trond:"When we came here, we were very...
surprised and we think that this is a fantastic place. And the last thing I want
to say to you: Feel you just like you are home!"
Everyone laughs and they all applaud. Trond:"Thank you for
me!"
Then they have a small party, with people playing instruments and singing
and dancing and having a BBQ.
Day 4 - Merville, Courtenay
The next morning, they are still laughing about Trond's
English. Mohamed takes a ride on the quad, Truls drove on the
previous day.
For the next challenge they will do a rodeo. They have to write
down a list, ranging the people they think will be able to sit on the bull the
longest to those who will fall of the quickest. This is their list:

Together they have to try to sit on the bull for a total of 90
seconds. They can try till everyone has been on the bull and if they still don't
have a total of 30 seconds together by then, they lose. If they do succeed, they
win 40,000 NOK.
If the first 6 already have 30 seconds or more together, than the other people
after them, don't have to go anymore.
So Matti is first. He has to put on some cowboy clothes
and sits on the bull (who still in a cage where it can't move). He gives his
wedding ring to one of the guys of the ranch and tells him not to lose it or his
wife will kill him. They are only allowed to hold onto the rope around the bull
with one hand. He says he's ready and they open the cage's door. The bull starts
jumping around and he falls off after 4 seconds.
Hakon is next. He can also hold on to the bull for 4 seconds before
falling off. They have a total of 8 seconds so far.
Anette is the first girl to go. She can hold on one second longer than
the other two guys, but then smacks her head against the ground. The ranch guy
asks if she's ok and she's feeling a bit dizzy. She needs to lie down for a
while.
Trond goes next. As they're dressing him up, he sings some kind of cowboy
song. He can also hold on for 5 seconds, but then falls over the head of the
bull, which knocks one of his horns into his stomach. It hurts, but he's ok.
So far they already have 18 seconds together, with four people. But it cost them. Anette smacked her head on the ground and Trond got stuck in the stomach with a horn. All this doesn't really encourage the others to go.
Truls goes next. The gate opens and the bull stumbles and
falls, which causes Truls to fall over the bull's head. He only got one
second. "I'm too heavy!" he laughs.
Mohamed goes. He falls on the ground after 3 seconds and the ranch guy
asks if he's alright. "Tough ride!" he said, but he's ok.
One of the women on the ranch is taking care of Anette, who is feeling
worse and worse. There's a swelling on her head and they decide to take her to
hospital to get an X-Ray. Anette cries and feels very dizzy. Ingrid K
guides her to the car.
Tone can hold on the bull quite long: 7 full seconds! She
survives the ride without getting hurt. All together they now have 29 seconds.
Only one second is needed to win the challenge.
It's up to Ingrid K now. If she stays on longer than one second, they
win. She falls of quite quickly. She immediately asks if it's one second. she
says she's ok, but then takes of her glove. One of her nails is broken and it's
bleeding. But she did sit on the bull for 2 seconds, meaning they have a total
of 31 seconds. The remaining four contestants don't have to go anymore. They win
40,000 NOK, but it cost them some wounds and suffering. They now have a total of
65,000 NOK.
Suspicious in this episode
It takes a while until Cathrine can
get into contact with Tone and Ingrid K.
Ingrid C holds up everyone, because she doesn't feel good and lies down.
Truls couldn't find any of the other contestants on his quad.
Trond only sat on the bull for 4 seconds.
Petter, Cathrine, Solveig and Ingrid C were last in the bullriding
challenge and didn't have to go in the end. Maybe one of them was good at
bullriding and deliberately didn't volunteer to go first?
Was Anette's dizziness for real or was it an act to scare the others?
