Episode 5
The group was devastated that Warner had to go. He brought fun to the group and they think it won't be as nice without him.
Day 8
The remaining contestants have to divide
themselves into 2 groups. Angela needs 2 people who like the air and 4 who like
water. The 2 are Foke and Arnoud. Although they like air, they go by boat to an
island. The other 4 go by plane. They go to Fraser Island. The 4 contestants are
on a hill on the other side of the woods where Foke and
Arnoud are waiting for them. They have to make it to the other side of the
woods. But there are 2 Australian hunters. If a contestant gets caught by one of
them his/her turn is over. Two have to make it to the other side to win the
money. Wilmie goes first. She starts running over the highest top of the hill.
Then she runs a while through the woods, but eventually gets caught by the
hunters. Then it's Petra's turn. She makes it to the other side without being
caught. But she's soaked to the bone, because she fell 2 times in some kind of
swamp. One more contestant has to reach the finish. Deborah's turn. She walks
very slowly, because she's afraid that the hunters will hear her. But then she
suddenly screams and starts running. But there's no hunter nearby. She just
screams for nothing. Then the hunters appear and start stalking her. She tries
to run away, but falls and gets caught. So it's up to Robin to save this
challenge. He succeeds in doing this and they win the money.
After the challenge they hear that some of them have to sleep outside. They can choose between a villa, an apartment room, a hammock, a tent, a sleeping bag and a host family. Robin immediately wants to have the apartment room. And he gets it! Nobody says anything about it. Foke volunteers to sleep with a host family. But she's the one who doesn't know how to speak English very well, so it's really funny. For the rest they are going to draw straws. Petra ends up with the hammock, Wilmie has the tent, Deborah has the sleeping bag and Arnoud can sleep in the villa. The person who will sleep in the villa has to make a certain decision. Angela tells Arnoud that the others will each have a different challenge the next. A quite hard one. Now Arnoud can choose between a) not making it easy for the others and getting an exemption for the next episode; or b) making it easier for the others, but then there is no exemption and he must leave the hotel and take the sleeping bag. Arnoud decides to help the others. So he gets the sleeping bag. The person who had the sleeping bag can now go into the villa and that's Deborah. That evening there are some interviews and I remember something from Deborah saying: "When we had to choose where we would be sleeping, Robin immediately said he was going to take the apartment room, which is one of the more luxurious places to sleep. And I was surprised when he just got it without anyone complaining about that. I found that a bit strange."
Day 9
The next day they have a challenge in Maryborough. Each
contestant (except Arnoud) has to pick an envelope. In the envelope there is a
challenge. But they have to throw a die to see if it's a hard one or not. Every
challenge must be done to win the money. Foke goes first. If she throws 1 to 3
she will have 1 arm in a cast until evening. If it's 4 to 6 she has to have 2
arms in a cast. She's lucky; she only has to have 1 arm in the plaster. She does
it. Then it's Petra. She has to be locked up in a barrel for an hour (1 to 3) or
the same but with company (4 to 6). She has to go with
company .And that company is a white mouse. At the internet site of the Dutch
Mole you could read that she is afraid of mice, but when they put the mouse with
her she doesn't seem to be scared at all. Then it's Robin. He has to pose
for a painting in his underwear (1 to 3) or naked (4 to 6). Before he throws the
die, Angela asks him what he will do. "I think I won't do it naked."
And Robin's a lucky man, he can go in his underwear. He does it. Deborah has to
be body-painted (1 to 3) or get a tattoo (4 to 6). She throws a 6 and isn't
immediately prepared to do it. Angela gives her some time to think about it.
Wilmie has to paint her hair (1to 3) or shave her head bold (4 to 6). She throws
less than 4, so she only has to paint it. But she's proud of her hair the way it
is. But eventually she decides to do it. Then we return to Deborah. Angela talks
to her. "So... what are you going to do?" 
"I
think I'm not going to take one. I already have enough tattoos and
it gets too much." "So you don't want to have a nice little
kangaroo on your shoulder." "No…. Nowhere.". The rest
has done their challenges and are sitting in a park.
They laugh at Wilmie when they see her blonde head. Then they wait for Arnoud to come. Angela explains, what has happened. "Arnoud had to do each challenge you wouldn't do. But he doesn't know what the challenge is." We then get to see Angela talking to Arnoud. Angela:" So Arnoud, your friends had to do some challenges, but one hasn't done hers. The money will only be won if you do that challenge." Arnoud:"OK I'll do it." Angela:"OK then let's get a tattoo." "A TATTOO???!!! A permanent one?" "Yes. Will you do it?" "Yes I'll for it." And now Arnoud arrives with the others and shows his tattoo. Everyone is very surprised, because Arnoud is the oldest contestant and he has a lot of philosophies about this and that, still he takes a tattoo. The money is won.
Suspicious
Wilmie and Deborah get caugt by the hunters
Wilmie started running over the hill where everyone (including the hunters)
could see her
Deborah starts screaming although there are no hunters and she falls
Petra doesn't seem to be as scared as she claimed
Deborah doesn't want a tattoo although she already has a few.
The execution
When they all sit together, Angela tells Arnoud that he
still gets the exemption for the next episode. He's very glad with it. Click on
