One of the contestants in the middle is the winner, one is the loser and one is
the Mole...
Day 15
Every contestant individually has a challenge to do. Each
challenge can earn them 100.000 BEF. Every contestant has to choose a means of
transport. Mon chooses the airplane, Hugo the train and Magda the
car. They will meet each other again later that day at Monaco. While they are
taken to their destination, they look back on the past days.
Hugo:"It all started very nice with the orientation challenge
and the helicopter."
Magda:"In the beginning it was really Moniek and Hugo who
took the leadership. The slightly older people."
Hugo:"I know that I'm not a natural leader, but at that
moment decisions had to be made and I participated."
Mon:"The
bungee challenge was great. On our way in the car to the bridge we were guessing
what we would have to do, and then it turns out that you have to jump of a
bridge."
Hugo:"Eventually a lot of people jumped, who didn't want to
jump in the first place, because we made each other confident."
Hugo:"The
Mont Ventoux challenge was nice to do, because we all reached the finish
together."
Magda:"It was a very beautiful moment. We were all very
sympathetic with each other."
Mon:"I have had a lot of luck in this game. I got two
exemptions and apparently I guessed the right person."
They have all reached their destination. Now it's time to do their individual challenges. Hugo has to draw cartoons of people. He gets the stuff he needs, and some beautiful cartoons to lure customers. If he can sell one for 200 FF (1.200 BEF) he wins 100.000 BEF. After a while he finally gets a customer. But then his pencil doesn't work. The crew can hear him, though and someone brings him another pencil. The customer isn't surprised or anything that suddenly out of nowhere someone comes to bring a pencil. But when Hugo is finished and when he shows the cartoon the customer laughs and says it's horrible. Hugo:"But it's a good start, isn't it?" "Yeah, let me know when you're better."
Magda gets 100.000 BEF out of the kitty and she is forced to gamble with it. She has to play French roulette. She is the only one who can also lose money.
Mon has to photograph someone famous. In Monaco there are lots of famous people. His challenge is a succes when Magda and Hugo recognize the person on the picture. He gets a taxi driver to search all over town. Mon knows that Axel Merckx, a Belgian racing cyclist, lives in Monaco. But unfortunately he is not home.
Meanwhile Hugo knows that he won't sell anything based on his drawing talent. So he starts telling the two women he's drawing that he's from Belgium, but that he had an accident so he isn't that good anymore. But he has to earn money for his family, because he has four kids. But the women don't fall for it.
Magda has already won 40.000 BEF. But she only has 15 minutes left, so she has to take risks.
Mon is trying to find Jacky Ickx, but he isn't home either. Finally he goes to Thierry Boutsen and makes a picture of him.
Hugo gives up. No 100.000 BEF in the kitty.
Magda loses her money. 100.000 BEF out of the kitty.
Later that day Michiel shows Mon's picture of Thierry Boutsen to Magda
and Hugo. They have to guess who it is.
Hugo:"That's Thierry Boutsen, oh no, wait a minute..."
Magda doesn't recognize him. Finally Hugo decides it really is
Thierry Boutsen. Correct. So the 100.000 BEF lost by Magda is won
back.

The evening meal
During the evening meal, Michiel interviews
the contestants together.
Michiel:"Did you have a strategy?"
Mon:"I didn't have one, I thought I would just see what would
happen. But it wasn't very easy."
Magda:"At a certain moment you are starting to get some
signals."
Hugo:"You keep yourself onto certain things that don't seem
normal or logic."
Michiel:"Would you feel guilty
being the Mole?"
Magda:"No, I don't think it has anything to do with
guilt."
Hugo:"The fact that it would take up to the last episode
until you are reveiled as the Mole, would already be satisfactory."
Mon:"I would find it particularly hard when someone has to
leave."
Michiel:"How do you look at the
Mole?"
Hugo:"In the beginning I was sure I wouldn't have much
sympathy for the Mole. But that's over now. It's someone, who became part of the
team."
Magda:"As a Mole you have to be careful, because you can't
raise much suspicion."
Michiel:"Good luck for tomorrow..."
The last day
They each have to go in a different little
room. The doors of the rooms are opposite each other. Every contestant gets 25
questions about the Mole and what he/she has done during the trip. While we see
the questions we are getting some flashbacks and thought of the three
contestants.
* How old is the Mole?
* When did the Mole jump in the benji
jumping challenge? (first, second, third,...)
FLASHBACK
episode 2: Magda jumps while screaming her lungs out, Mon also screams and Hugo
yells:"Wonderful... Wonderful!"
Magda:"You can't do the things the
Mole does, when you're 20."
* Did the Mole have a visitor?
FLASHBACK
episode 5: Hugo's daughter runs to her dad:"Hello daddy!"; Magda and
her friend have a laugh; and Mon and Guy hug each other, because they have no
visitors.
Mon:"I think the best strategy for
the Mole is to be just as the others in the group."
Hugo:"The Mole has to be able to live within the group."
Magda:"If I were the Mole, I would find it really tough
emotionally. And I don't know if I could hold on for such a long time."

episode 4: Hugo got shot first, trying to find Mon.

Hugo:"I didn't commit any act of

bike!"
Hugo:"It can be a coincidence, but
at the Mont Ventoux it was Magda's bike where the chain fell off."

episode 7: Michiel and Mon drink to Mon's exemption.
Hugo:"I tried to change Mon's mind,
but I already knew it would be in vain."

episode 3: We see Hugo running and hear Moniek yelling him to keep on running.
Magda:"In some way he works very
tactical with everything we do."

Mon:"She regularly didn't do some
things of which she would not be afraid to do them."

episode 5: Mon enters the room. He is bald, has two arms in a cast, is obviously not
bodypainted and he has a drawing with him. "I had to do all the challenges
you had, did you know that?"
Hugo:"Mon has certain means
to deceive people."

episode 6: Hugo tears along the road in his kart.

We hear a lot of suspicions and reasoning of the contestants. Here are some of

"Perhaps people see the Mole in me." (Hugo)
"The only person I know it of is Mon." (Magda)

"It's very complicated." (Hugo)
"He knows everything on forehand." (Magda)
"I don't know who he suspects." (Mon)
"He doesn't enjoy the game." (Magda)
