Namibian Diary

In the begining of August we said fond farewells to Namibia. It is an incredible country with impressive diversity of people and landscapes. To use a cliche it is a land of contrasts, and as Ekkie said in Tsumeb it is God's own country. You have the Namib desert all along the coast (the San people used to call the Namib "The land God made in anger"), the savanna country to the North and East and the tropical countryside in the Caprivi. This is one country we both plan to revisit at some stage in the future.
