ROAD TRIP 2K2 CONFRENCE #2
On March 17, 2002, in an online chat room named "The Lunch Table", Conference #2 took place. 3 of the participating "peeps" were present, Sean, Richard, and Jon.
The first issue dealt with was sponsors, a topic brought up by the Road Trip Crew during Lunch several days ago. Sean reported that after e-mailing a Coca-Cola representative, they have declined helping us financially on our trip. Other possibilities of sponsorship were brought up such as Pepsi, Hyundai, U-Haul, some hotel (like Holiday Inn), Raman Noodles, etc. Sean will be working on contacting these companies in order to request aid in our great effort.
The second issue brought up was about transportation. Sean informed us of his stepfathers conversion van, which might be another, more suitable vehicle to take the journey in. More information on this will be posted as it is gathered.
