ROAD TRIP 2K2 CONFRENCE #1
The group members who attended the meeting were: Richard, Jon, Bill, Brian and Sean. Several issues were brought up, Jon was worried that we might not be committed to doing it, and we needed to show something which would prove that we were actually dedicated. We stopped by Wachovia bank and are setting up opening a Communal Bank Account.
Issue 2 was what type of government would be set up for the road trip, the government being set up to process the division of money, and we decided to create a 65% Communist governemnt (Putting the money into a pool, and spending money together.), and 35% Democratic (everyone using their money for their own, and paying "bills"). We will be putting $800 each for communal use and $200 (or more) will be put for special food, and entertainment considerations.
Issue 3 was what were planning on doing on the trip. We have decided that we must go to Nikki's house, we must go to a Dude Ranch, the CPL Tournament in Dallas, Zoos, Tourist Traps, and finally we discussed seeing some National Parks and Historical Crap.
The official launch date of July 19th, 2002 was announced and stay tuned for more meetings, and information on the trip.
