Work Experience
- Trained new Circle Assistants; taught them school's philosophy.
- Responsible of making sure Circle hours ran smoothly for the children and for the ten people working under my supervision.
- Organized and facilitated monthly meetings with Circle Assistants where ideas were shared, job expectations were enforced, and problems solved when necessary.
- Scheduled Enrichment Classes and collaborated with staff schedule planning.
- Observed/ Evaluated work performance of Circle Assistants.
- Reviewed orally observations and evaluations with Circle Assistants.
- Served as a medium of communication between upper level management and assistants.
- Assisted teacher managing the Outdoor part of the class.
- Responsible for the well being of the children.
- Motivated children to become confident, competent, creative, independent beings.
