Scott and I met in 1983 on the school bus when we were just 12 and 13 years old. We started dating in my Junior year of high school - I was 17, Scott was 16. Shortly after that, my family moved from South Florida to Atlanta, Georgia. Scott and I spent two years apart, writing hundreds of letters back and forth. After Scott graduated from high school in 1988, we moved into an apartment together in Gainesville, Florida. We spent the next three years in Gainesville, where I attended the University of Florida. In my Senior year, we moved to Deerfield Beach, where Scott started working with his parents at 'Daryl's Perfume'. I finished up my last year of college at Florida Atlantic University in 1992, and we got married in December of the same year. After a couple more years living in Florida, Scott and I decided to move to Colorado in 1994. We lived with my parents for 18 months, saving money to purchase our first home. I worked at the IBM Credit Union, and Scott started to work full time in our business. In May of 1996 we moved into our home in Parker, Colorado. A year later, on April 19th, 1997, our wonderful son Jordan was born. I left my job at the credit union to be a stay at home mom, and in October of 1997 we opened our store, Collectormania. Since then, it has become a very successful game shop. We also have our mail order poster business at www.posterplanet.net . On September 29th, 2000, our son Justin was born. In April of 2003, Scott was offered a job to work at Decipher, Inc. in Virginia. We decided to sell Collectormania and Posterplanet and take the job offer. On June 30th, 2003, we moved from Parker, Colorado to Virginia Beach, VA, where we lived for a year while our house was being built. In October of 2004, we moved to Moyock, North Carolina, where we spent the next two years. On September 14, 2006, our third son, Jameson was born. In November of 2006, Scott was offered a job at Upper Deck in Carlsbad, CA. He moved to California in November, while we stayed in North Carolina to sell the house. In February of 2007, the boys and I joined Scott in California, settling in a house in the city of San Marcos.
