The majority of the stories on this page contain slash, and are rated NC-17. This means m/m sex. If this offends you, or you are under the age of consent for your country or region, please go elsewhere.

I don't own any of the characters, and no copyright infringement is intended.

Completed Stories

Here There Be Dragons

(326K) Rated NC-17. Contains violence, torture, suicide and death. And cannibalism. This was written as a sequel to a round robin on KSA, which can be found here. The RR was great, but left several dangling loose ends, which I tried to tie up. Plus, it didn't have a happy ending for Iphicles, which I thought was a bummer.

Typical

(55K) Rated PG. Comedy, adventure. Hercules is kidnapped and Iolaus, Ares, Athena and Isis are sent to rescue him. Not that he needs rescuing.

Waiting for the Dawn

(17K) Rated R. Contains scenes of concensual incest and M/M sex. After Hercules kills Zeus, there is a price to be paid.

A Midsummer Night's Nightmare

(160K) (Revised July 2003) Rated R. Comedy. Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" transplanted into the Hercuverse. Features Xena, Gabrielle, Joxer, Ares, Hercules, Iolaus, Autolycus, Althea, Salmoneus, the Widow Twanky and assorted elves, fairies and other characters. If you read the old version on the KSA website, please read this version as there have been several changes.

Waking Nightmare

(318K) (Completed July 2003) Rated R. Comedy. Sequel to "A Midsummer Night's Nightmare". Joxer and Ares have to get to Sparta, Gabrielle and Xena are trying to cope with a new friend, Hercules is trying to make sure the wedding goes smoothly, and Iphicles and Theseus just want some time alone. Again, if you read the old version, please read this one. There have been several changes.

Through a Glass, Darkly

(20K) Rated NC-17. Contains M/M sex, some blood and death. A short experiment in writing something with a dark, gothic feel to it. After Iphicles dies, Jason has an interesting encounter.

Nurture

(48K)  (Added January 6, 2005)  NC-17. Slash. This was my entry for the Hercules/Xena Fuh-Q Fest. My plotline was: Ares is the father of Asclepius. My first instinct was to run like hell from that one because it sounded tailor-made for schmoopy mpreg. Instead, I wrote the opposite. It's the story of two very nasty, megalomaniacal gods fighting for power and dominance, using a child as a pawn. I like to think the plot and characters are compelling, if not sympathetic.

Miscellaneous

This section includes works in progress, snippets and various verbal doodles that I can't really classify as stories.

After Dawn

(13K) Rated R. Comedy. Implied incest and m/m sex. A snippet that's a highly improbable sequel to "Waiting for the Dawn". Written to appease people who claimed I depressed the hell out of them.

Strife's Chosen

(5K)   (Added August 31, 2002)  Gen, sorta. Written after a discussion on Mytherotica about the fanonical characterization of Strife as a children's god. I decided to take that concept and run with it. Just a tiny vignette that may end up as a story someday.

Lost

(4K)  (Added January 6, 2005)  Rated G. Gen. Comedy. Originally written for the LJ drabble community, it was too long at 500 words. Darn. Two men from different realities trapped in the void between those realities. Neither is happy. A blatant ripoff of...err..homage to...one of my favorite works.

Starlight

(2k) (Added January 6, 2005) Short drabble written for the LJ drabble community. Ares on a battlefield.
