Robert Rhoades, MD PC

Dr. Rhoades is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Medicine. After a pediatric internship at the Children Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, he did a two year tour of duty in the U.S. Army as a battalion surgeon in Vietnam. He completed a pediatric residency and Allergy/Immunology fellowship at the University of Florida. Dr. Rhoades has been practicing in Augusta since 1975. He is a clinical assistant professor for the pediatrics allergy section at the Medical College of Georgia, and he has been chairman of the fire ant subcommittee of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Lisa Mathes, CMA

In 1986 Lisa joined family practice as a Certified Medical Assistant. Since that time, she has become fully responsible for our allergy patients, a job which currently includes patient care for participants in respiratory and dermatology studies. Lisa’s role encompasses conducting allergy testing and giving the patients their injections. She also conducts pulmonary function tests, mixes allergy serum and coaches patients on their treatment.

Lisa was educated at Glenn Hills High School and received her CMA training at Augusta Technical College. She additionally provides Research Coordinator and Pharmacy services to the Clinical Research facility, Medical Parameters.

 

Molly Moss-Blundell, BA

Molly provides front desk support for Augusta Allergy and Dermatology, greeting patients and managing their health information in our database, recording medical charges, and making appointments.

Already holding a BA obtained at a British University, Molly is working towards her certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
