You got your PHY6 back. You need to revise Thermal Physics a bit, and read the passage a bit more carefully. Frankly, you also tapered off towards the end of the exam, bring a sugary drink!
Papers for PHY4,5,6 and a couple of 1 and 3 people will be given out next week.

We sat a PHY5 and you guys marked it yourselves. I hope that this made clear to you the difficulties in marking scripts in which the answers do not quite make sense. Pause for breath before composing a longish descriptive answer and double check it afterwards to ensure it means what you meant it to!
We go through the PHY6 from last week tomorrow, and apparently have a barbeque.....

We went over an assessed practical that you attempted a long time ago. You guys are rubbish at making clear what you are doing. You are the only person in the universe who knows what you are thinking unless you write it down! Examiners can't be arsed to go looking to give you marks, make it easy for them.
PHY 6 go through next time.

Advice from the exam board on sitting the PHY6 exam was looked over.
HW PHY6 Mock on Tuesday, so get there as soon as possible.

We looked at PHY6 style questions on analogies again. PHY6 mock will be in the next available triple lesson (not next Tues.)

We looked at exam technique, particularly the wording of different exam questions and what they are asking for.
Then onto some PHY6 type questions mainly on the various analogies. We will be sitting a Mock PHY5 or 6 next week on Tuesday, I'll chat to RJE.
