Once we took all of the measurements and gathered materials it took about a half day to make the frame (1/2" conduit), tape it and paint it. Then we attached the material (military and advantage burlap) and attached it w/ zip ties. We took it out on the water and tested it. No problems. Once fall got closer I took the ol' Chevy out on gravel roads and gathered grasses to add concealment and break up the outline. This was the most time consuming part of the blind, but I think the end result was worth the effort. The only change we're going to make for this season is add a foot onto the bow seat for Jag. He seems to have outgrown it! I will then paint it w/ a non-skid surface. It will make his departure much more graceful and entrance much easier. All in all, I'd say it took a couple days to complete. It cost less than $100.
We wanted something that would be functional, yet easy to take on and off for fishing/bowfishing. This set up works well for Randy, Jag and I.

He's ready!
