Naruto tells the story of Uzumaki Naruto, a trouble making orphan, who often gets in trouble at the academy for ninjas in training. He does have potential, even though he fails at most everything that's academic, he holds within him the terror the Nine Tails Demon Fox, or the Kyuubi. This fox 12 years ago ravaged Naruto's home the village of leaf, until the village champion, the Hokage-sama the 4th appeared, he saw the terrible power that he could not beat, so in a last attack he bound the Demon into the body of a newborn orphan, and died. So Naruto holds within him the power of the Demon Nine Tails Kyuubi.
Naruto himself first learns of this when he is 12. He has flunked the ninja academy graduation test 3 times, and is considered a failure. But his teacher the Kind hearted Iruka-sensei, who ironically lost his parents to the kyuubi always helps him. Naruto after failing for the 3rd time has his powers awakened when a crazy teacher, Mizuki-Sensei tries to kill him and Iruka, from the then on the manga is a delight with twists and turns that always are fun and suprising, humorous though ass kickin' awesome! |
