| Marcia B. Cardelli, M.D. |

| Dr. Cardelli graduated from
Michigan State University and Wayne State University School of Medicine.
She is a member of the honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After medical
school, Dr. Cardelli served as a medical resident at William Beaumont Hospital
in Royal Oak for two years. Then, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, she
completed a dermatology residency and served as chief resident. |

| Dr. Cardelli is verified
by the American Board of Dermatology. She has authored several articles
which were published in medical literature. She is a fellow of the American
Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the American Medical Association,
Oakland County Medical Society, and the Michigan Dermatological Society.
In her spare time, Dr. Cardelli enjoys skiing, golfing, gardening, and
spending time with her family. |

| Robert J. Schoenfeld, M.D. |

| A native Detroiter, Dr.
Schoenfeld graduated from The University of Michigan and Wayne State University
of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at Wayne State University
Affiliated Hospitals. |

| Dr. Schoenfeld has practiced
dermatology since 1958, is certified by the American Board of Dermatology
and is an associate professor of dermatology at Wayne State University
School of Medicine. he has given presentation at Academy meetings and is
the author of papers published in the American Medical Association publications.
Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Herman Pinkus
Lecture Foundation. |

| Dr. Schoenfeld is a fellow
of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Noah Worchester Dermatological
Society. He is the Emeritus Chief of Dermatology at William Beaumont Hospital
in Royal Oak, a position he has held for thirty years. His special interests
include skin tumors, inflammatory and precancerous skin conditions, cutaneous
surgery and clinical photography. Dr. Schoenfeld is an avid skier and sailor
and enjoys building car and airplane models with his grandchildren. |

| Traci L. Kimbrough, M.D. |

| Dr. Kimbrough is a native
Detroiter. She received her undergraduate education from Michigan State
University and received her medical degree from Wayne State University
School of Medicine. Dr. Kimbrough completed her medical internship and
dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. |

| While at Henry Ford, she
served as chief resident of the department of dermatology. Dr. Kimbrough
is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has published several
articles in the medical literature. She enjoys swimming, exercising, and
reading in her spare time. |
