We participate in various insurance plans. However, since insurance plans vary so greatly, we ask you to please check with your insurance plan to see with services are covered. You are ultimately responsible for payment.

Many insurance plans require a referral be generated by your primary care physician before you may be seen. We ask that you check with your plan prior to your appointment.

Laboratory

When we take biopsies, the specimen is sent to the laboratory for microscopic examination by a dermatopathologist. The laboratory will bill you or your insurance company directly for that service.

Fees

We ask for payment at the time of your office visit, unless you make other arrangements with our office staff. If you have financial difficulties or extenuating circumstances, please discuss the problems with our billing department. We are happy to discuss fees for any procedure upon your request.
