New ArchivesSUHS 2000 Mourn Christina's Death 07/18/2002 Quite a large number of SUHS 2000, shocked upon hearing the news of their batch's first death, took part in a service organized by the SU Campus Ambassadors for Ms. High School 1998 Christina Brodersen, who was tragically killed in a vehicular accident.. The service was held at Christina's place in San Moritz on the night of July 15, 2002. Batch 2000 performed a couple of songs in memory of her, who was one of batch 2000's most significant figures, after representing them in the 1998 Ms. Silliman and getting 2nd runner up. Joshua Francisco Ablong and Praline Esguerra, shared their memories of Christina while Zara Marie Dy, read her composition dedicated to Christina. They also were at her burial service at the Memorial Cemetery on July 16, 2002. Back to top |
