Mga Kababayan, I don't know if this message might seem to be boring or aggressive to you, but nevertheless, let me air my deepest and fiery grievances. Philippine politics has significantly changed since the EDSA 2 Revolt. I used to be a neutral observer, but now I think its time to take sides. Ngano man nga ang Administration Party (Arroyo's Party/PPC), keep on presenting anomalies that seems to have no evidence at all. Take for example the series of cases filed by the administration party agains LACSON which proved to be a failure ( The Dacer Killing, the Kuratong Baleleng Rubout). Damn it! but they're merely presenting baseless cases before the media. Cases that had been deemed by the court as irresponsible and libelous. Man, this is not anymore democracy as I perceive it to be. Democracy calls for equal presentation of the case before the court, not before the media. Because if we keep on presenting cases before the media, it is subject to public judgement w/c is unreliable. Why unreliable? People don't know the real story. People don't know the proper legal procedures in order to scrutinise the case and extract the truth. We are merely up to the limit of initiating "CHIKA" which is not that dependable at all. That is the reason why, the constitution provides that cases must be presented in the court. Now, regarding about the Bobby Dacer Killing Case and the Kuratong Baleleng Case. Kabalo ba mo nganong nahilum na nang kasuha ron. It is because the case has been dismissed. Meaning "Walay Ibidinsya"! This only shows that the story that LACSON was behind the killing was merely a "Make-Up" by the Administration Party to "Frame-Up" Lacson. To destroy his integrity. The integrity of an INNOCENT MAN. Karon, ga-pabuto napod sila og bag-ong anomaliya. Si LACSON kuno, na-ay illegal bank accounts sa ubang nasod. The funny thing about this case is, the ones who are conducting the investigation are people who have questionable character. People who were former prisoners because of some illegal activities. People who had been personally sent by LACSON to prison for Rebellion, carnapping,etc.. (Col.Corpuz, & Col.Berroya) Does this suggest then that something 'fishy' is going on? Is this a diversionary tactic to divert the people's attention on the so called bribery scandal against GLORIA'S Husband? (I find her aristocratic) Nganong sa tanang tawo, si LACSON man gyud ang ilang gi sige og da-ot. It is because he had imprisoned a lot of corrupt GENERALS, COLONELS and other Government officicals! Na-nimalos ra- na sila ni LACSON. Don't you know that it was during LACSON'S time wherein the crime rate lowered to about 30%. They are also doing this because they know that LACSON is a potential strong contingent against Gloria-Magacapagal Arroyo in the 2004 presidential elections. They (PPC) know that LACSON has a big chance of winning. To be continued,

As in basi naay ma-igo ani...:) i think you know who i mean... pero the problem is...is she (the gurl) the type na mag-una una? kung she is, sayon ra para niya. but if not, super lisud gihapon...ka-ulaw gud nang babaye ang mag-una-una.. mao nang kanang manga manhid dinha, if they don't make a good move, they'll get stuck! HI FRE..... haaay i feel vvery bad....hagbong ko prelim sa bio!grabe....now pressure kayo ko to get a good score sa midterm....but newayi hope d na ko hagbong nex time..kc i treated prelims in bio as testing waters, so i can get the 'feel' unsa ang style sa teacher...big mistake...but neway if hagbong ka prelims and pasar ka midterms and finals, like, if mid terms and finals are above 2.5, then pasar man ka no?????kc we need 2.5 and cut off namin....wel thats that.i feel so down i can hardly type.c ya

hi meg!!! unsa na shirt imong gi pasabot? apil ko ana? hehe :-) naa ko shirt dba? coz nibayad ko sa una, as in sa una kaayo :) about ur question... there's notthing wrong telling the guy how u feel.. pero it totally depends on the kind of person u r... coz if ur the very traditional type of girl or shy ra gyud ka, then 4 u it's not quite ok... advantage: u get to be who u r, na traditional type of girl who waits fo the guy 2 do the first move and u won't suffer through the uncomfortable situation of confronting him and telling him what u feel... the disadvantage: if super manhid cya, u will likely never know what he feels for u or what he thinks of the fact na u like him.... on the other hand, if ur the type of girl who is assertive, then go ahead and tell the guy.. advantage: u get to tell him how u feel and who knows, he might feel the same way... disadvantage: the possibility of rejection.. or he might have a problem with u being too assertive 4 him... pero i read somewhere na if a guy has a problem with ur being assertive, then he just might not be the one for u :-) ...actually, i think i still have the mag na naay article about this, i think it was about opinions sa guys about girls making the first move :-)

To my fellow citizens of this suffering nation, I bring you good news! I'm sorry to dismay perhaps all of you regarding Ping Lacson. He's a good man, well maybe for the people who hardly know him. He's a good family man and a brave public servant. Sorry to tell you but I'm really disappointed about him as a public servant! My opinion would mainly be based on the stories of my titas and titos who are mostly in one way or the other are close to him. Not really that close but let's just say, they're close enough to share jokes and personal matters at times. Just to give a history... not to brag about it, but my late uncle Master, Gen. Valdez, was the boss of Ping Lacson back then. Before my uncle died because of heart attack, Ping was his "alalay". Now, according to my titas, he is just so great at what he's doing. For whatever he does, whether right or wrong... he's just simply the best at it! "Kung sa bisaya pa na... maro lang gyd na si Lacson!" He has done a lot of illegal things! But he can and he always gets away with it! (By the way... please don't quote me on this one!) Maayo lang gyud kaayo na siya mag pa lusot! That's what he's really good at! Please don't get me wrong guys! But that's what i heard from my uncles and titas! Well... it's just my opinion... after all, we are all entitled to whatever we have to say... right?! I'm not totally against him. He has also done a lot of good things in the government. But I can't seem to get rid of the thought that behind a great man... could also be so much lies. Which could also make him a big liar at that! This is just my personal opinion, Josh. Well, hope to see you guys around! And by the way, I love to hear any reactions about this. my t2's frend is a wealthy chinese business man in cebu... one day, his son was kidnapped n the kidnappers asked some 30 Million pesos (i cant remember the exact figure). he loved his son but didnt want to shell out that much money... this is where ping lacson comes in.... he and his now-defunct PAOCTF solved the case and brought the boy back, w/o any harm on him, without using the ransom money. the chinese even offered ping a reward, but ping declined n never accepted it....

Friends, You may have observed that our country's political system since that EDSA 2 is totally a mess. The LACSON story is but a small portion of it. Your comments about our present dilemma will be greatly appreciated.

I believe in a democratic process called, "equal representation" before the court. It is because of the fact that indeed, as a Christian nation, issues concerning a particular person must be presented before an authorized body, the court. I am just too disappointed by the present trend of presenting cases before the media, for the reason that our constitution provides each person the right to be assumed INNOCENT until proven GUILTY, by the COURT. It would be too unfair on the part of the accused to be continuously maligned by accusations, that the people would easily believe, whether its true or not. That is why we have due process. Cases must be presented before the court, not before the media. For it is only through that process wherein both sides will be given the chance to speak. Just imagine yourself being accused and not given the chance to even present your side. That would be unfair, right? You would be like a student being victimized by a school rumor. I used to be an antagonist(against) of LACSON, but one happening changed my perspective about the person. There is this person, (I would just hide his name for security reasons), everyone in our section knows his story. He and his brother where once kidnap for ransom victims. It happened in 1989. For that reason, he and his brother enrolled here in Silliman to stay away from the danger. He is now a sophomore IT student, and he told us his story last june. He and his brother where still in kindergarten during that time when the kidnapping happened. They were with their Yaya when suddenly a group of masked man emerged from a van pointed rifles at them and forced them inside the vehicle. If i'm going to tell you the whole story, it would cause you to be bored. So to make the long story short, LACSON, the Chief of Police of Cebu that time, headed the team to rescue them. To express their gratitude for what he had done to them, his parents offered him a sum of money. But Lacson said this to his parents: Yun na nga ang mahirap eh, palagi kayong ina-ataki ng mga kidnappers dahil mabilis pala kayong magbigay ng kahit ano!" This statement shows that he is not the kind of a man who everyone thinks as MONEY LAUNDERER. We are in a democratic country, express your opinion.

clasmates..... i know by this time na spread na ang "BAD NEWS"....na si loren nagtudlo napod sa same songs and yells nato sa high skul....just gnha when we had the practice sa gym then niabot ang mga nursing....i knew that na lain napod to sila (but not all of them). people...pls.......i hope you understand na CBA naman gud ko..and we have to move on, ryt? the CBA family asked for our support and help kaya i was eager to help just like before na we wer in hs, na eager pod ko kaayo mo help sa ato para maka daog ta. pero i admit last year naa gyud ko hesitance na mu tabang kay fresh pa man sa ako ang kalagot sa ila.....but as time goes by na feel rapod nako tong spirit gani pareho sa hs and u know naman na maka miss gyud to kaayo...and besides,they were not the same group as before na gikalagutan nato.....kaya na close rapod mi sa squad. this yr, honestly, i really dnt have the plan to be part of the cheering kay 2nd yr na lgi sa accy, but then i was inspired man pod with megan and the rest na ni join kaya ni join napod ko....cheering ra gud ng maka add ug color sa college life....wala naman laing lingaw ning college...cge ra tuon, mabuang lang ko. pasensya lang mo if nagpagawas ko sa akong na feel karon....dili man gud ko ma at ease...even last yr i know naa pod to naglagot sa ako...then karon napod....my side lang about this is y man diay kung akong i teach sa squad karon? dili pwede kay ato na na before? peeps.....before na gani to...let's just serve it as our memory....ang sa ako lang is pwede ba ma share pod nato sa uban? tutal halos tanang team naa naman poy atong style of actions and cheers....puno nga lng ug revisions.... nag express lang ko sa akong na feel....if ever naa mo comments..pls talk to me.....mas sakit kung ma spread pa nya ug maayo sa uban then lalo mas sakit kung lahi2x na ang story.....
