Jan Edwards was sitting one morning, reading the local Astoria paper, when she came across an artical for children on why to wear a hat in the winter. Jan realized that adults need reminders, too, of how one should dress in the winter time. She understood that many people are just too busy to go out to a store to buy the proper winter neccesities. So together with her husband Jon, she created WinterWonders, the one stop site for all your winter needs.
