New and continuing developments in the City of Roseau.
Over the past few years, my home town, the city of Roseau has seen a series of developments with many more underway. Among them are the Roseau Water and Santitation project which was completed in 2002, the financial centre in 2003 and most recently, with works beginning in March of 2005 the Windsor Park Sports Complex. Mention must be made of a program funded by the European Union to create an IDP for city.
