My interest in Cake Decorating started about 6 years ago.   I started going to Sugarcraft  lessons and learnt how to make Sugar flowers.   I got hooked, and started making all sorts  of cakes for friends and family.  My busiest time is over Christmas, as I have loads of cakes to bake and decorate .... and trying to combine a family and decorating cakes, isn't always easy!!!!   I'm married and have two lovely girls.

As I said in my home page, I come from Malta, which is an Island in the Mediterranean, to the south of Sicily.

I also enjoy reading, cooking, listening to music .....  Would love to be able to travel more.....
