This messy note is a typical example of the Quebec psychiatrists' professionalism. The first part of it looks like the precedent note. It constitutes an integral part of the records as submitted in court, but here it is in handwriting. Both are without signatures. The purpose of the note is unclear.

Nevertheless, the second note is more interesting. I had never been "admitted" to H�tel-Dieu Hospital.
