How much have we not lost
because we always wanted to live life
in every possible way
without fearing the costs that would come
the day we least expected them
we see the right things to do every day
and still we choose to look the other way
and that makes me wonder
what is it that is wrong in our human minds
when we undermine the ground we walk on
and so we dance until it bangs

We know that a door can be open
or closed and locked
we know that things that we cast
into the air falls down
we know that if you can't swim
you will sink and drown
so why is it so difficult for us to separate
between wrong and right
is it because our minds are totally blocked

How much money would you pay
for a happy life
and can you please tell me what it should
be like and include
so you would be completely satisfied
maybe more than one lover and two houses
and three cars
and a racing boat and a big white yacht
or would it be enough with
a little house including a small kitchen
and a little garden
so you could grow something healthy to eat
and a lovely partner and some nice kids
and a well paid job
and nothing else to worry about
or would you choose
to live your life on the street
stealing and killing for something to eat
or for the pleasure of it
and if you are lucky
you will get a new free home
where everything will be taken care off
by a well schooled brutally
organized smiling warden
it is all up to you
so don't act like a stupid fool
without consciousness
you only got this life
to get it all right

How much pain and sorrow do we really want
since we deny to learn from our mistakes
we do them over and over again
and the worst of all
we always find someone to blame
and if you ask me
I will say what I really feel about society
it is a big shame
but it looks like we want it this way
just to keep the wheel spinning
for the greedy state
that are creating so much hate
