Just about a life ago
so it feels like inside me
since I was happy and felt joy around me
I was just a little child and so I grew up
and then I could clearly see
all the misery
war greed and thousands of mouths without food
divorces broken homes and a lot of military forces
where will it all end
when we can't spend our time any place on this earth
without evil thoughts in our minds

everything is very fine
Just about a life ago
so it feels like inside me
since I saw some real love between someone
and heard something that was true
sincerity and betray walk hand in hand
but nobody seems to be willing to understand anything
they all join that happy mammon song
and inside there is a heart not knowing where it belongs
and if it is young or old and time has come to stop
where will it all end
when we don't know that we can be able to understand
when we don't know that our eyes can see beauty
when we don't know that inside our body there are powers
beyond our wildest imaginations
when we don't want to try to get a better life
because we trust the lies we tell ourselves
that we can depend on those people that say
take it easy
lay your future in our hands
we know the only way to go if you want to be happy
and all you will be is sorry
and so you will find some new heroes with some new lies

so it really feels like inside me
since I saw
someone with a pure heart and mind
that said he would do anything to create something new
for me and you
