Gregg Williams; Lead vocals and rhythm guitar

Gregg is a Alabama native who has been a musician since the tender age of 4. Thats right, he started playing drums before he knew his ABC's (as a matter of fact he still doesn't actually know them). At 14 he grew tired of humming melodies of his song ideas to neighborhood guitar players and left the drums for guitar. At 16 Gregg started recording at local studios. After a two year tour of the States with a cover band from Birmingham, he enrolled in Jacksonville State University where he earned a degree in Safety Engineering (finally learned his ABC's). Over the last 2 years Gregg and his fellow Mystic have been working hard in the studio as well as the stage to create their own unique style. At this time they are very close to getting their dream come true...(a new spot in the trailer park down the street) no, a record deal...keep your fingers crossed.

Matt Caine; the "Drum-wonder"

Matt is an inmate from the Calhoun County Correctional Facility on a work release program. He has a lot of experience behind him. One was the bank robbery of SouthTrust bank in Birmingham where he impersonated an employee and walked out with a sack-o-money. Another job in the old days was when he completed a large "hit list" for the MOB using only a weed wacker as a weapon of choice. Every now and then he enjoys using the heads of drunk rednecks for his snare drum... "it has a very earthy tone, great in the studio" says Matt.

Michael Erwin; Lead guitar and Backing vocals

Michael is a native of Long Island N.Y. Moved to the deep south in his teens and hooked up with Gregg at an early age. Though the years would cause him and Gregg to go their seperate ways they would unite once again in the group Freeway Mystic. Michael spent a lot of his time in the Contemporary Christian Music genre playing with several groups. He also payed his dues on the club circuit. One of his favorite groups was the Birmingham based band Revolver. He also played with other Southeast based groups as well held some house band jobs in local night clubs. Then one day his fellow "Mystic" called looking for a fill-in guitarist to do a showcase that they were scheduled to play in Nashville. "It just clicked and here I am! Help me, I'm being held hostage!!!" Michael said.

Stan Martell; Bass guitar and Background vocals

New England born (hey whats up dare flapjack?) with a desire for music Stan pursue's music with the utmost sincerity and determinination. Studying with bassist extrodinare "Adam Nitti" was all that Stan needed to bring his playing to a new level. "Nite Driscoll has also been a great motivator for me" Stan reply's. "He encouraged me to pursue original music and to go for that record deal". With new ideas and motivation to strive for Stan hooked up some time later with Gregg Williams and Matt Caine. "It was kind of a strange twist of events that we hooked up" Stan said. "I was doing a project with really no one but myself". "I was trying to do all the parts myself which can be frustrating at time's unless your Lenny Krevitz". "All I can say is that I've never really believed in a project as much as this one and I am very confident that this band has the potential to take it to the next level" Stan says. "Its really only a matter of time".
