Simple Tips for a Healthy Life
Make Your own day in 30 minutes.
Drink 4-5 (or as per capacity) glasses of water in the morning and take it out (Vomit)
After taking out the water, drink 2-3 glasses of water and then take lemon tea.
15 minutes of exercise / yoga / walk with deep breathing in open air.
Dos and Don'ts
Press the area between thumb and first finger.
Massage your back with "Til Oil" or "Mustard Oil" (alternately)
Take 5-10 gms of "HARAD" with hot milk before bed. (Once or twice a week)
If you are not able to sleep, in case of anger, worries, put your feet in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Use mixed vagetables, spinach, methi, tomato and take milk in lunch/dinner.
Use carrot, raddish, papaya, ginger, tomato, cabage in salad form.
In any disorder, drink lot of water and take it out(vomit)
In case of internal heat, keep "kathha powder" on lemon for whole night and chew in the morning.
In case of cold, roast ginger, garlic, onion, "heeng", black pepper in "Ghee" and take for 2-3 times and avoid water for half an hour after using this.
In case of severe cold and cough, avoid grains and use fruit juices, milk, and lemon tea.
Generally, use fresh water for bath and use hot water only when required.
If you donot feel hugr, avoid eating grains, use fruit juices, soup etc.
Donot consume oil, spices, tea with milk, pickles, Non-Veg items.
By helping others, kinf attitude towards pet animals, our body produces good hormones and juices which prevents us from diseases and keeps healthy.
