RISHI MUNI AYURVEDA
Human Life, Ayurveda, Herbs and the Final Objective of Our Existence

Our life is not just the physical life. There is a mental and spiritual life as well. Our physical life ends after sometime but our mental and spiritual life doesnot. Yes, it doesnot. We live mentally even after body cease to exist. Our mental waves are so effective that even without our physical existence they radiate their wishes, their logic, their demands, their power, their guidance in different forms. Although this is a common phenomenon, there is a misconception about this. Most of the people try to escape out of the discussion by saying that the only thing that exist without our physical system is spirit that is "ATMA". No this is wrong.

OUR MENTAL AS WELL AS SPIRITUAL WAVES IN DIFFERENT FORMS CO-EXIST THROUGHOUT OUR LIFE AND EVEN AFTER THIS LIFE. THEY COME INTO OBVIOUS EXISTENCE AGAIN IN THE FOLLOWING LIFE. IN BETWEEN THERE IS A TRANSITION PHASE WHERE THEY EXIST WITHOUT BODY.

This is very important to understand that our duty is not only to keep our body healthy, but also to keep our mind as well as our spirit healthy. From where all this health comes? This comes with the saturation level of our different systems. These system includes every subsystem present in our body mind and spirit. These exist at 3 different level as per their characteristics, organisms and domain ofoperation.

UNLESS THERE IS SATURATION AT ALL THE LEVELS, NONE OF ENTITIES(WE CALL IT HUMAN BEING) CAN BECOME HEALTHY AND NEED NOT TO SAY THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH.

The root cause of all these problems around us and beyond is the unsaturation at these levels.Let us come to the analysis part knowing that herbal composition is the answer to all these saturation.

To introduce, herbal products are basically a food supplement. They help in nurturing the body cells as other food items do. There are basically two major differences between the ayurvedic composition and the normal food. First the ratios in which different herbs are put together with respect to different body organs and organisms and secondly, these herbs are not commonly found. Some of the herbs are rare and some are available in forests, mountain ranges and like remote locations far from the residential areas. They nurture the body organs even if taken in very small amount. One very important thing, is that all the ayurvedic compositions across the globe are derived from the information we have from ancient sources in different forms (scripts, books, sculptures, mantras, slokas, sayings etc), and above all the part of culture we have inherited since ages. In India, our RISHIs, MUNIs, who used to live in mountain ranges, forests, caves and other remote areas discovered the characteristics of these herbs to get enough energy for long time (years, decades and more) meditation. They taught about these to their disciples and inheritance continued to our generation.

These days, in day to day life, we really don't get time to think of our internal system, what we think of is completely external. You can understand the practical aspect of it, but the body organism should be properly taken care of equally, which is done constantly by the food we take. But today we take the food our tongue likes, not the one our body needs. Respecting both the requirements and aligning the organisms with the standards, these food supplements have become inevitable for all of us. To fill in the blanks created in our body, this is very necessary. These herbs or herbal compositions don't only help us in nutrition but also makes our organs stronger and more effective.

Idea to take the herbs is to put steps as follows.
Nurture & Satisfy Body -> Nurture & Satisfy Mind -> Nurture & Satisfy Spirit

All these are interrelated and one has to complete the previous nurturing process and satisfy it fully to move ahead and reach the final goal of Self Realization.
