About Us
The Caribbean Dog Sport Club is
a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of French Ring
Sport and working dogs in areas such as competitive obedience, agility
and dog therapy.
We are members of both the American
Ringsport Federation (ARF) and North American Ring
Association (NARA) in an effort to promote ring sport growth by
providing more trial opportunities. To compete in this sport, a
dog must have a very stable temperament. Vicious dogs (and people) are
unsuitable and will not be accepted in our club. Before any dog can
enter a competition (Ring 1,2 and 3), it must pass a CSAU (Sociability
and Aptitude Test) and a Brevet to test its
character and control. For more information and for directions to
our training field, please contact club president, Elaine Antonmattei,
at
[email protected]
