I am a recent graduate of  Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, FL, with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Management.  This program is one of ten in the state of Florida to be accredited by the American Culinary Federation.  I am a member of the ACF, and hold VICA Regional Gold and State Bronze Medals in Commercial Baking.

I plan to post some of my class recettes (French for "recipe") on this page, as well as some I have developed on my own .  I also plan to upload some spreadsheets from class projects (the food costing one is cool).
