| I am a recent graduate of Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, FL, with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Management.� This program is one of ten in the state of Florida to be accredited by the American Culinary Federation.� I am a member of the ACF, and hold VICA� Regional Gold and State Bronze Medals in Commercial Baking. I plan to post some of my class recettes (French for "recipe") on this page, as well as some I have developed on my own .� I also plan to upload some spreadsheets from class projects (the food costing one is cool).
