BIOGRAPHY
Edward Arthur Edwards (Sweet God, what a name!) was born Jaunary 16,
1984 in Augusta, Maine. Ed was one of those kids that was teased a lot when
he was a kid, mostly becuase of his weight (hey, if you looked like a hatching
egg, you'd probly get teased too). At first Ed was hurt by the constant taunting,
but after a while he started shrugging it off, turning the negitivity into
comedy. It would be a while though before Ed would put this first batch of
material to use.
And so came High School. All of Ed's firsts happend here, first kiss, first date, first Hawian shirt. Ed, who was becomeing more socal started to davel in comedy, starting with his wardrobe. By Ed's junior year he'd established himself as a class clown. It wasn't unusal in those days to see him walking around the School in a toga or some other outlandish outfit. Durring the course of High School Ed befriended English teacher and head of the Drama Department, Steve Lerette. Lerette always encouraged Ed to presue Stand-Up, and, in his Junior year, he decided to participate in a Comedy Workshop that was put on by the Drama Department. Ed, whom at that point, was always ready to entertain, decided to preform some Stand-Up, and the crowd loved him. From that point on Ed did everything he could to hone his Stand-Up skills, including attending a string of Open Mic Nights and School functions.
Ed is now a college student, and is planning on taking his Stand-Up to the next level. With a live album on the way and some possable gigs opening up, Ed is on the way to bigger and better things.
