(report)  The LOL's were badly outnumbered tonight, proving once again that attendance is everything in these tourney games. The first game was over quickly...in 4 rounds the Raiders came away with the victory, 31 - 7. By the second game a couple more players had strolled in, but it was still a Raider game all the way. We took the win, 38 - 11. Fetal and Dizzie played great and got the mvp vote...congrats!

This was a interesting match.  The numbers were well in the Rockers favor but everyone knows ev counts for about 5 players. It was definitely a tough match. The Rocks came out on top thanks to a well timed double point round in the third game. This was indeed a fun match. Go team ROCKER!!!!

(MVP)  Dise, catnipfred and Kaitlin

Game one started off tied with 5-5 and stuff found at a health club.  Fourplay earned the lead after showing off their knowledge of space missions, 7-12. Fourplay kept on chuggin' with outscoring the Wonders in National Parks 9-19, but the Wonders fought with a violin shaped sweep in famous violinists, 15-19. However, Fourplay outplayed the Wonders in both the Michael Jackson songs and populous US cities, ending the game 23-30. In game 2, Fourplay grabbed the lead with Laurel and Hardy movies 2-7. Fourplay kept the lead in the places that begin with "A" cat and Dise showed off his knowledge of famous "Thomas"'s by scoring five for Fourplay, 9-17.  Wonders tried making a comeback with things found on a roof, 17-18, but Fourplay took it home in the last category, double point elements abundant on earth, ending the game with the repeat score of 23-30. Thanks for the challening game, Wonders!

(report)  WOW! And here I thought the Sixers were having some bad turnouts lately. Man, I hate to speak badly about other teams, but I gotta say that Team 2 is comprised of a bunch of totally unmotivated slackers. It was almost like they weren't even there for God's sake!! Sigh, oh well, better luck next time Team 2, and please all be aware that I'm taking side bets on who will be the first to lose to Team 2.  -)

Finally got my own TV.. whew, no more missing games like this!  I missed the first game tonight, but my teamies were kind enough to give me the score of the first game (not that I was particularly anxious to know what it was!) The Raiders whooped our butts and fed us to the sharks.  But not before me and light stole a couple bars of gold from the back deck... heheh they'll be after us any second!
