It was a slow start and we were outnumbered in the begining and at the end. Fourplay did an awesome job! 1st game fourplay had us in the first 2 cats of things found in a baby nursery and advertising mascots 6-14. Then came figure skaters, Drew Barrymore and westerns at 19-23. I thought we might have a chance then the last cat was brands of stereos and fourplay won 20-31. 2nd game we had a few raiders come in with military shows, german cities, chinese food and sports equipment and the Raiders had a healthy lead 15-7, then Goldie Hawn left us at 20-11, woans magazines at 22-15, phrases with paper and small dog breeds at Raiders had it at 30-25. 3rd game fourplay started out like gangbusters with Brecks Tulips 0-5, things with numbers 4-11, TC games 5-14. Then Raiders lessened the gap with school workers 12-16. Then the fun started! Harrison Ford left us tied at 22-22! Then musical instruments had us tied again at 27-27!! People you tip left us tied yet again at 32-32!!! Last cat was things associated with the computer and fourplay came out victourious at 35-37.

WOW what a game! Complete with road rules and real world updates from monitors vi and libra! lol game one had (among others) flowers, disney, lunchbox contents, sitcoms...LOL wins 32-23 game two was quite a battle...more tv shows (this time sixties and seventies shows...rockers has age on our side), disney again, doonesbury, hebrew alphabet (great round, krusty!), golf winners...29-29...followed by..errr..things on road rules? lol i dont remember, but it brought us to 32-32 and then Riddie ran away with academy award winning films...40-38 rockers! game 3 was quicker (we wanted to make sure we didn't miss any more quality mtv programming)...elvis, war films, chips and snacks, HG Wells and actors who've directed...final 34-24 rocks! YAY TO RIDDIE AND WOLF OUR MVRs (thanks for braving the tornado rid!) Good game, LOL...looking forward to our next match

well what can i say we won..something a bit strange for me and sibil(being former lizards..lol)we had 3 very hard fouhgt games that came down to the wire in the third one..we kept tying and tied it up 32 apiece till we got the 5 we needed on the last cat(thank god...lol) to win by 2(phew)..for those of u that know me u know i dont bragg or in any want to offend anyone and i kinda got a little excited the first game so if it upset anyone i apologize(besides my ass is still sore from where judy kicked me...lmao)well thats it would like to say congrats to vi for bein our first mvp of the new season..wtg girl...until next time...

rat friendly categories were everywhere tonight, as our team just kept scoring.  a special visit from tex seemed to make the game.

(our_report)  ACK thpthpthpt...First game of the season and we had the same sort of success against the Rats that we did last season <sigh>.  I got booted a few times the first game which screwed up my notes, so all I have are the scores (see above, it pains me too much to retype them).  Oh well, we had fun anyway. Great effort Six-Pack!!   wtg Rats!!!  Hopefully we'll see you in the playoffs again lol. I think that's the only time we've beaten ya the last 7 or 8 matches. And congrats to Surfie1, our MVP of the night!!!!

We gave it everything we had, but those Rockers came back and got us good!  We dominated the first game and finished out 32-23, then in the second game it was the same way until the cats started getting all foreign on us! Hebrew letters and boom, our lead was down to one.  Eventually we went into overtime at 32-32 and got a double point Women's Magazines cat, where they took it away 40-38.  In the third game, they turned the tables and took the lead from the beginning and ran away with the third 34-24.  Great game Rockers !!!
