flame, honk, pituca^, cat-sass, light, Bob

(MVP)  all who made it!

We pretty much got our heads handed to us in Ziploc bags this morning.  What a guy won't do to get a sip of Bot's killer French Roast Java, though.  The Raiders pillaged, plundered, kept Paulie stocked on Saltines, and 1-2-3-BANG took us town in fifteen minutes!  Well played, Raiders it was a great match.  We'll try to take the Lore we have learned and get the Wonders for ya next Friday.  Have a great weekend all.

Team 5

(2)  30-10      Rocks win

sinsear, strawsmom, butterbby and minipini for the 2nd game

Rats slept in today.  Rocks didnt outnumber us by much, but enough to take the win in both games.  Congrats Rocks.

Team 3

Early to Rise Early to ROCK vs wherefore art thou ratties?
(1)  35-12 ROCK
(2)  30-10 ROCK

Wolf, Nite, Krusty, Rockhead and Hope

(MVP)  Nite and hope

It was 5 against 3 or 4 (minipini arrived late) and those rodent women are good, but the odds just weren't in their favor (and not one person slobbered....it was THAT early)

Anyway, here's the recap - the rats took an early lead 2-3 on English Cities (which was submitted by a rocker, so we were hanging our heads in shame) but we came BACK in a big way by sweeping back muscles.  From that point on it was all rocks, all the time (okay, there was a one point Rat sweep in "Limp Bizkit") and we won on another sweep, this time Motorcycles.

Second round started with a double point starts with REV cat  we rev-ed up and led 6-2.  This was followed by three quick rounds - Construction, Aretha and double point fairy tales - which gave us the game 30-10 (I know you guys have a lot of rat babies, but have you ever counted all the pebbles?)

Good game and great season as always rats!!!  Thanks, and slobber for everyone and everything.

Team 4

Kelly_the_Great
Fourplay v. Wonders
(1)  34-36 Wonders
(2)  35-22 Fourplay
(3)  39-13 Fourplay

Chasroy, Vi2k, ChicagoCub, Some1, Gra4ph0n, Alanah, Kelly_the_Great

(MVP)  the entire team

Wonders led most of the first game until Fourplay tied the game at 32 and lost with double pt types of ID.  Then Fourplay made its comeback with Alanah getting "wiggles" in the words with 2 g's category (heh) and winning with types of sodas/drinks.  Throughout the third game, we could all hear CC's stomach growling as Fourplay just whomped on the Wiggling Wonders winning by 26.

Team 1

nobimbo
Raiders vs. LoLers
(1)  30-6, Raiders
(2)  31-10, Raiders

rowan36, rickman9, lilyRO, reece_bean, tbear, Fav7thson, nobimbo

(MVP)  nobimbo

The Raiders came out pecking, sweeping the first round of the first game on the Luxembourg cat.  The LoLers put up a good fight, but failed to contain the Raiders.  The second game was fast and furious.  Despite desperate scavenger attempts to swoop down and steal typos, the Raiders dominated the game, winning in just 5 rounds.  The LoLers were good sports, as always, and it was a fun Saturday morning.

Team 6

csquaredaz
Six-Pack & Nekkid Lizards
(1)  31-23 Six-Pack
(2)  36-13 Six-Pack

cragio, baileygal1, JamesBond007MPO, surfie1, QWEST98, darlinglily, mocha_love1999, csquaredaz, and a phantom 5 second sighting of carolfromkaty.

(MVP)  cragio & csquaredaz

Once again good games played by a game but undermanned, or overwomanned, or some combination thereof, team, they being those Nude Reptiles....Congrats Lizards on fighting like true reptilians!

Game one was close most of the way, which is getting to be a Six-Pack habit (the old nip and tuck that is), with the Lizards surging, or flushing, ahead on College Bowl Games but the Six-Pack taking the win 31-23 with the help of a good showing on a double point Roman Goddesses cat. Game two was also close thru the first few rounds but the Sixers opened a gap with a mini-sweep of Edgar Allen Poe things and won going away 36-13 on a sweep of Backyard things.

A special "welcome to the Six-Pack" to baileygal who played her first game as a Sixer today, and also to crazy_kim who's new to the team as well, glad to have you both. Also congrats to cragio for a well deserved co-mvp thingie!!

Team 2

Lizards vs Sixpack
(1)  23-31 Sixpack
(2)  13-36 Sixpack

Nedi, Sibil, Sandy, Lucanik, Kodiakx, Red-k9

(MVP)  Nedi
