Our team finally seems to be coming together and we welcome and appreciate the help of our newest crew members! We outnumbered the Lizards in the first game and came up with a 31 - 10 victory. By the second game a few more Lizards had slithered in, but the Raiders were determined to end their losing streak and did just that, winning the second game, 30 - 13. With Las Vegas, One Word Beatle songs, Heavy Metal bands, Us Natural wonders, and Wes Craven movies ...Rockers took game one 32-14. Bot gave us Mountain ranges, Bands starting with B, Words starting with com, the new mysteries cat, and Irish cities. Rockers howled to a 31-12 win. AAAWWWHOOOOOOO!!!! Obscure favorites like Arthur C. Clarke (so easy to confuse with Asmimov... oh... now I miss rathead even more...), Famous Paintings, Harrison Ford... I, being ill, and NOT the one who usually does this, neglected to write the scores down, so see The Rockers commentary for that. It was tough from the start, although we did well on a couple of cats (Beatles One Word songs being one) we were definatley out numbered for both of the SHORT rounds (Making me think of another Beatle one word tune HELP!!!!) The Rats slobbered their way to two very fast wins. Good job Rats. The first game they swept a double point round, at least we made it into the double digits during both games (lol) The Wonders hearts just weren't into this game tonight, but watch out you slobbering rats, we'll get you next time.
