Rockers had an excellant turnout for the early evening game. The Wonders were left wondering where their teamies were. All the ROCKS came out scoring and took a sweep in the single named entertainer cat.. Rockers win 32-7.

Game 2 was closer as the wonders got a couple reinforcements. ROCKers did very well in the cattle cat this time.. (this reporter has a flashback of FOURPLAY blitzing us on this one earlier). Rockers go on to win 30-15.

Great play and good sportmanship by both teams. We look forward to our next meeting with the Wonders.

(Comments)   Well for awhile there I thought it was just going to be me, cyb, and shel.  Tar decided to come to the game instead of going to the gym, which we were very thankful for.  Diva and Cray showed up during the second game.  We fought hard but it just wasn't enough.  We spent most of the game sending out S.O.S's to our teammates.  But it didn't seem to work.  They were all MIA.  Needless to say it was very dissapointing to see that only 6 players showed up, and to lose to the Rockers.  Hopefully, more of our teammates will show up for our next game, or at least tell us they aren't going to be able to make it so we can prepare ourselves.

Team 7 was lighting up the board tonight.  Everyone contributed for a great team win.   FlaminJune led the way by owning the NHL hockey goalie cat.  (I think the new guy ABW was suddenly calling himself Dominic Hasek for some reason...)
