RULES AND DECIPLINE
3.1 Code of DisciplineDiscipline means to bring to a state of order and obedience by training and control.
Bcc as an educational institution has a code of discipline to train the students in good behavior and develop in them the right attitude and values.
3.2 Ethics Committee
The administrative team has created a special body, the Ethics Committee, that supervises the behavior of all students. Likewise the committee investigates all reported cases of misconduct, violation of rules and regulation, ascerains all facts and impose appropriate sanctions as provided by law.
General Function:
A. To regulate the Norms of Conduct of all Student,and
B. to investigate and try cases involving students and impose the corresponding penalty/ sanction for the offense commited upon meeting the rules on due process law.
Specific Function:
A. As a insure of Norms of Conduct:
A.1 to ensurer the proper Conduct and strengthen the character pf the students
A.2 to investigate any substantiated incidents of misconduct
of the student and shall render approriate action for such misconduct;
A.3 to impose disciplinary sanctions for violations of Ethical Standard.
B. As a Disciplinary Committee:
To recieve substiated complaints/grievances regarding the violations of rules and regulations.3.3 Administrative Due Process
A stident change with violation of school rules and regulations is informed of the complaint againts him/her and is afforded a fair reasonable opportunity to defend himself/herself. However, in case of voluntary admission of confession of offense committed in flagrate delicto, a decision is summarily rendered and the corresponding penalty impose onthe erring student. Futhermore , if the erring student refuse to appear or to present his/her defense, or resort to dilatory tactics in the course of the investigations , the hearinf may be conducted ex-parte.
3.4 Administrative Sanction
Disciplinary administrative sanctions may be imposed on a student for the commission of any defense defined in this section of the handbook .Sanction may take the form of:

A. Reprimand and Warning:
A reprimand is a written or oral reproach addressed to an erring student. This sanction is meted for reprehensible conduct by way of admonising the erring student that repetition of the offense will warrant a warning. This also includes 30 minutes of community work of service.
B. Suspension:
A penalty that allows the higher education istitution to deprive or deny the erring student from attending classes for a period not exceeding twenty percent (20% of the prescribe totral class days for the school term). A penalty of suspension for a period more than twenty percent of total class days for the school term shall be deemed suspension for a period equivalent to twenty percent (20) of the prescribe total class days for the school term.
C. Non-Readmission:
A penalty that allows the institution to deny admission or enrolment of erring student for the school term immediately following the term when the resolution or decision finding the student guilty of the offense charge imposing the penalty of non-readingmission was promulgated. Unlike the penalty of exclusion, the student is allowed to complete the current school term when the resolution for non-readingmission was promulgated.
D. Exclusion:
A penalty that allows the institution to exclude or drop the name of the erring student from the roll, immediately upon resolution of exclusion was promulgate. This penalty may be imposed for acts or offense such as dishonesty, hazing, carrying deadly, drug depedency, drunkenness, hooliganism, vandalism and other offense analogous to the foregoing. Transfer credentails of the erring student shall be issued upod promulgation subject to the other provision of his handbook.
E. Expulsion:
A penalty wherein the institution declares the erring student disqualified for admission to any private or public higher education institution in the philippines. In any case The penalty of expulsion cannot be imposed without the approval of the Chairman of CHED. The pinalty may be imposed for acts or offense involving moral turpitude.
F. Restitution:
Is a reimbursement or payment for damage, destuction or misapproriation of school property or of any member of the school community. This penalty supplements other principals sanction.
G. Confiscation:
Taking from the students things that are prohibited such as cell phones, male earrings, hat,ect
