The Graphics/Video Subsystem will basically be an 2D "video card", since is OS task to deliver at reserved video memory a complete image.
The reserved video memory, which belongs to main memory, will have 16MB initially. This 16MB will be divided into two 8MB "buffers". The size and the number of this "buffers" can be higher.
This memory/buffer size allows an 1600x1200x32bit screen and will be some empty space left (this kind of screen uses aprox. 7,32MB).
