Well, Christmas was here... and it left just as fast as it came, go figure. I speak for myself when I say that Christmas of 2002 was better than last year, by far. I actually enjoyed it! Wow eh? I haven't really gotten a chance to talk to my close friends about what we all recieved, but I'm sure it was good, all 'round, so I hope.

This Christmas, the main thing I asked for was an Acoustic Guitar, with no great expectations of actually getting it. Surprisingly, after my dad told me to hand a gift to my mother, he walked into his bedroom and hauled out a huge cardboard box... wonder what it could be! Not only did I get my guitar, but I got a new MP3 player... the fall-back? I don't know how to work my MP3 Player and I haven't learned how to play guitar yet, m'eh... YET!

Waking up at 8:30am is when all my Christmas started happening before my drowsy eyes and all the gift opening soon started. Starting with my stockings, like always, after breakfast, I ended with my guitar and most importantly, as I went through my gifts, my 3 booklets on, "How to Play Guitar," which should help me out in the long run! After all the gifts ended at about 10 or so, next was the waiting game for 12:00 when dinner came at my grandmother Joanne's house, being of course turkey and the essentials. After the food, the waiting game began again, this time waiting for 4:00 to come around, when we would start the packing... my parents told me that we were going to my aunt and uncle's house in Oromoncto, New Brunswick for the remainder of Christmas to see the majority of my dad's side of the family... 13 people in total crammed into one house! It was quite annoying, but very nice to see everyone all in one house for the most part... except for the noise!

Out of all my gifts, the main object of my attention is the leather jacket my grandparents bought me. It looks awesome, and I so didn't expect to get one either. Not quite my style, but s'all good, its a nice jacket, got all the pockets I need too ^-^.
