| This year we moved all of the butterfly koi to the 3500 gallon pond and kept only the larger nishikigoi in the 4000 gallon pond. We moved from having plants in the ponds to having the plants only in the filter areas or growing on the banks, with feet growing into the ponds. The isolation tank for the winter became the hottub that is in the basement. The journey to here has been fun. No changes to the system this year.
