Well, its been a little bit since I updated the tarot blog. I caught the flu and was really sick for about 2 weeks :( Then we got hit with a major snowstorm that knocked down tree's and power lines. There were about 300,000 people without power in my area. I included some pix of the damage in the area. Anyway I plan on updating this blog at least 2 - 3 times per week.
An odd thing happened in one of my personal readings. The five of pentacles showed up. I thought this to be odd because I'm content financially and the card to me ussually indicates severe money problems. The card even seemed to almost jump out at me drawing all my attention to it. Wouldn't you know the next morning it started snowing and by that following evening the city was headed for a state of emergency. Think the cards were trying to tell me something LOL. The deck I use is the Rider - Waite deck and the five of pentacles shows 2 displaced people trudging thru the snow. The card looks like a lot of people in the area right now.
Anyway lets get back to the business at hand. I decided to start this blog as a way to learn more about the cards and also help other people learn. I've seen a lot of tarot journals on the web and I think I want this to be a little bit different. I've always thought of my tarot journal as far to personal to share with the world. So your not going to find my daily personal readings and meditations in here.
Instead of a daily journal you will find information on tarot spells & magick, some meditations, card meanings, and info on different decks. I also plan to delve deeply into the symbology of the Rider - Waite deck and some of the other decks out there.
The main focuc of this blog will be on tarot cards. I will occassionaly add some info on high magick as well.
