They still plan to be in El Paso by around March 1, and still want to interview me. He'd like to contact Hal Warren's widow but unfortunately all of the principals involved are drawing a blank on her first name. A curious statistic: According to the Internet Movie Database, no fewer than three of the cast members of Manos: The Hands of Fate committed suicide within a short time of its completion. This allegedly puts it ahead of the record set by another minimalist production, Incubus.
