| Varda is known as lady of the stars and queen of the Valar, she is the fairest of the Valar for the light of Iluvatar is still upon her. She is a spirit of light like a fountain of diamonds, it was Varda who created the stars so the Elves call her Elbereth and Elentari. Her name is a talismen to all who would have light dispel darkness, it was Varda also who filled the lamps Illuin and Ormal that lit the world, and later she took the dew from the trees of the Valar and made the stars brighter still. | Orome the lord of the waters who all mariners know and Dwarves and Orcs most fear. He takes on a vast and formless image in his water world, but when he arrives it is like a high tide coming to shore. His helmet is wave-crested and his mail is emerald and brilliant silver, he raises Ulmuri the great horn of shells to his lips and blows deep and long. When he speaks his voice is deep and endless like the sea, he is water in all forms: the rain from the sky the streams from the mountains and the seas and oceans deep and endless. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
